2 weeks and no delivery!!
DHL charges a premium price for your goods to be delivered internationally in 2-3 days. Or so I thought by sending a packet of sweets and card from London to South Africa for my neices birthday which she still hasnt received and 2 weeks late. Paid customs huge amount(70% of the cost of goods) and still no delivery. Terrible customer service in South Africa. Waybill number:***

DHL Express enjoys excellent relations with Customs and other related Authorities worldwide and we seldom encounter difficulties. We are unable to intercede with their procedures and regulations, as they are Government controlled entities and we have to abide to their rules and regulations.
Your shipment was stopped by Port Health for inspection. The parcel has now been released and will be forwarded to to our Durban office for delivery tomorrow. I will make contact with you should we have any further delays.
