19 Days later still no delivery, No communication.
I have tried to communicate with Kgomotso Mawasha, but it is all blamed on customs clearance and apparently DHL can not push anything through. This is a waste of time to import anything through DHL just put it in the post and it will get here before DHL.
Dear Guy,
Once again , please accept my sincerest apologies regarding the manner in which this matter has been handled .
As discussed, I am currently liaising with kgomotso to obtain your Tracking details as well and update on the progress of the clearance of your shipment .
I must re-iterate though that CBCU stopped shipments do tend to take longer to clear , as this process works on a “first come , first serve basis “ . The CBCU team are mandated and authorized to detain any shipment they deem fit for further checking , irrespective whether these shipments have been cleared and released by Customs in a previous process or not.
In as much as we endeavor for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The process is controlled and regulated by government officials in each country .
I understand the importance of ensuring that your shipment is delivered as a matter of urgency and assure you that the matter is currently being attended to as a priority and will do so until it has been fully resolved.
We are on it !
Best Regards,
