Absolutely useless with package delivery.

The driver stated he attempted calls multiple times which he did not.

The call centre agents promised follow ups and updates regarding the delivery, which was never recieved.

Up to now, my package is somewhere with a driver that obviously cannot be bothered.

I even offered to pick the package up myself to which the reply was “no Sir we promise it will be there within 30minutes”

0 stars for sure would not reccomend to use this company at any stage.

The service adviser whose name i got was Kolelani and the driver Mathumi or something.
