Dhl Botswana

I sent a parcel through dhl to my son from abroad (uk) everything was going smoothly I was tracking the parcel till it got to Botswana on may 06th 2024 till today 24th May 2024 my son has not received the parcel when i track it online Botswana dhl is just putting shipment on hold or clearance event every single day that's what they do no body has ever called my son to request what is needed or let's us know why they holding the parcel we had to chase after them constantly calling them to find what's happening communication with customers service is so poor when we go to offices they rude unprofessional. After constantly calling they finally gave invoice for customs on the 21st May which I paid immediately expecting to receive parcel at least next day but no dhl Botswana still has not delivered parcel today is 24th May . I am beyond disappointed dissatisfied with the service I got from dhl Botswana it's the worst company ever to deal with fhey don't care for customers all I will never send anything through dhl to Botswana again and would advise anyone not to use dhl Botswana my experience with them has been terrible never again to be honest they simply don't care . I regret ever using them .
