Ghgate is the worst online site to shop from I purchased things from them the 1 item the seller informed me it cannot be shipped I filled in 3 cancellation forms no response. Eventually the item is being shipped then I followed up with the shipping company about this item and another item I purchased I gave the shipping company the tracking numbers on my DHgate the shipping company informed me they I don’t have the items the tracking numbers is invalid I informed DHgate about this and sent the msg the shipping company sent me they refuse to refund me. Instead they telling me I must contact the sellers which I did and got no reply DHgate is suppose to act as mediator between buyers and sellers I’m ****ed I will never ever purchase on this sight
