Very unhappy customer

* Bought a bull-bar for almost R 4000. The bull-bar was sold on the phone with no damage to it at all. We were ensured that it was in a good condition and that there were a lot of customers interested in this product. We paid courier costs, and per delivery, as we open the pack, the bull-bar is damaged and it had rust on it. We are unable to use this bull-bar. <br> <br> *It's been a struggle to get our money back from the company. Promises are not being kept. Telephone calls and messages are being ignored.<br> <br> *One of the employee's names is being used by the person responsible via email and telephone to cover up for herself.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
