Extremely bad service from the Contractor

I would like to report a Contractor by the Name of Tshepo and company name is Dh Services. His ID number is *** and Electrical Registration is GH01998. This contractor used old parts to repair my geyser then requested me to pay. the geyser was then damaged 2 months later and I had to call other contractors.
