Disappointing Service Delivery

A few days of work took over a week to complete even though the premises was vacant. They did not clean after completing their work and when I asked them why they had not cleaned properly, the owner advised that they are not a 'cleaning company'. The workers went into one of my rooms and looted my cupboard - when this was taken up with the owner, he outright denied that it was his workers and he blamed the complex security guards. A few hours later, I received a call from his worker to apologize for *****ing from me and my goods were returned the next morning. No compensation was offered by the Owner for the theft and inconvenience caused.
