Unprofessional & rude

I had a very disappointing experience with DGC Glass. One of their representatives, Jarred, was extremely difficult to deal with—rude and unprofessional throughout our interactions. I would not recommend any insurance company to use DGC Glass as their service provider. If my insurance company does not switch to a different provider, I will be looking to change my insurance company.
