Poor service and workmanship

I had a problem with my windscreen and DGC glass from Edenvale came to change my glass The workmanship was shoddy and very poor I complained about it and they sent someone to come and investigate and unfortunately prior to them sending someone to come and investigate my windscreen sustained a chip Now my question is was this chip caused because of poor workmanship or what? I was told by a gentleman who came to view the shoddy workmanship that the people who put in the windscreen did a bad job and that person will be held liable for this work I was promised that the boss will call me and up to today it’s almost a month I have not heard anything from the company Tuesday I called the person who was assigned to investigate and he promised me that his boss will call me Today it’s Thursday and I still have not received a call Poor service and poor workmanship from DGC glass in Edenvale
