King Price Insurance and DGC Glass

I am insured with king price,submitted a claim in February,claim processed and transferred for windscreen replacement and that’s where my problem started,got an email with payment reference while at work,made payment as I had been expecting the email,later on noticed that reference no: had an error,send email so that funds can be alllocated correctly this was by 1st March,email received and assurance given of error noticed,only to realise later when am making follow up that the very same reference no that was to be corrected the car details are not mine and the very reference number was not mine,they had send wrong payment info on my email,to date am driving around with a car with a cracked windscreen on my side, am still the same person who has to call and make follow up and the most painful part is that I work in rustenburg and have to drive from Klerksdorp with fear of being stopped by traffic officers and receiving a ticket for a windscreen claim that I had paid for but still driving around with it damaged.
