Horrible service

Appointment was at 10h00 they arrived 38 minutes late to replace my winscreen. Had to arrange to get the car collected at that time. Arrived with the wrong windscreen and smiling with no apologies. So I had to go back to work and arrange for a later time. Rescheduled for installation at 3pm, found out the replacement windscreen is broken. They now have a 21 day backlog for the correct windcreen.

My car was supposed to be sold today. Thank you for making life more diffucult due to your incompetence.

Totally unacceptable service with no apologies.

Absolutely would not recommend.
