Horrible service!

Horrible experience from DGC Glass. Why would King Price use them as a service provider? They do not contact customers, rude when you speak to them and eventually when they come out to replace your windscreen they do not have the correct one. I have never had such bad service, this made me cancel my insurance with King Price. If this is the kind of service providers they use and a claim is such an issue I would rather go back to Outsurance, never had this issues with them.
