DGC Glass worst service

My wife was referred to DGC Glass by King Price Insurance for windscreen replacement but when she complained about the excess fee which wasn't mentioned before a guy by the name, Brandon or Bracken swore at her using the "f.....word".

The incident happened at her place of employment in Woodmead,Sandton.
