Dgc glass it’s a **** be aware🩸🩸🩸🩸

Hi please help me I’m insured with king price last years November 12 , 2024 I made a claim with them, they put me through DGC glass for windscreen replacement I’ve paid the R1250 for the claim so they can replace the windscreen on 27 January 2024. After 2 or 3 day Techician came to install the windscreen after they told me not to remove the tape that go through the windscreen and to the top roof of my car so after two days. When I peel off the tape it came off with the paint. I contacted the Dgc glass to lay a complaint about the damage. They request the photo then they made an appointment to send the Auditor to inspect the car so he came he and audit the car … he called his senior he said to me that they instructed him to put other tape and I must peel it off the next day.. so the tape came off with the paint it has two damages now I called dgc glass request to speak to the manager he said they are busy he’ll come back to me. A week pass then I called given one of the worker said to me that he’ll come back to me after a week i called them today I spoke to him he said the claim it’s close the auditor say my car paint has bubbles so that’s why the car paint came off with the paint. So I can tact that auditor I even recorded him he said he didn’t say that I should deal with the off and he doesn’t care what I do … please help me I wand Ggc glass to fix my car.. I’m going to cancel my insurance with Kim price…now they are not answering my calls anymore..
