Bad service in fitting wrongly the windscreen

Pathetic service, they fitted my glass and it touches the body of my car. Not only that, they didn't even fit properly my rear mirror and the cover was found under the seat. No one cares for the clients. I'm asking myself why are the insurance companies still using them....
