Do not work for DG Structural Projects

On the day of my interview, the owner Duane Galloway and his Right Hand man and good friend James, whom I don't know the surname of, were very happy after looking at my CV, explained that the next 7-8 weeks to the end of the year will be very long hours.<br> It was made very clear to me if I am willing to bring my side for the company... I will be compensated.<br> During the following 2 months I worked 185 hours overtime, so did most of the site managers.<br> When the company closed in December, we received our normal salary and not one cent of overtime or some compensation??<br> Instead......From the beginning of the new year the treatment was childish and very unprofessional.<br> At the end of one Friday Duane Galloway was upset because I could not manage to split a laborer in two in order to get another job done as well.<br> He stated I needed to decide if I still wanted to work fore the Company by Monday because he could get his 4 year old girl to come and do what I could not.<br> Monday I morning came and I said my goodbyes.....
