Tried buying a laptop from them and wanted to do a simple EFT, as we are a non profit so we do not have a card to do online purchases. Sent through multiple mails, gave all the information requested and now the laptop is no longer on special. Upon phoning them to get this resolved. They agents are rude and drop the calls, no manager or supervisor is available. Avoid doing business with them at all cost, treating customers like this should not be rewarded.
