Really ***** Service and Unprofessional people

On the 10th of October i ordered a sim card from standard bank and they were supposed to deliver it. The delivery guy came to deliver but said he can't wait as he has other work to do. Since then he never came back but booked my delivery as received by me with DG. When i called DG they said the item was delivered in their system and they will investigate. Till date they are investigating with no feedback whatsoever, no call or sms but insist that they delivered and called. Something ***** is happening with this company and it seems my sim card will be used by this ghost person. This is really concerning especially with so many cases of ****** identities in our country
