poor service by Digital Generation
Digital Generation Good afternoon, I'm not happy with the service I got from your Call Centre. The consultant told me that they can't delivery items I did order and she not sure when I can receive the order. Its been 4 days receiving SMSs stated that I need to confirm the address for delivery. may I please receive the items I did order by tomorrow at confirmed address please. your system of releasing items can delay me to receive my order. If you can delivery by tomorrow, I'm cancelling my order.
