Poor Service

I have been waiting for my fundi package for more than two weeks now, everytime when i make a follow up i am being told stories that my order will be dispatched i will receive an sms to confirm and my order will be delivered overnight but non of those thing ever happened, your service is very poor i dont think i will ever use DG services. i am now left behind with my studies due to your poor service
