Pathetic Service

This business says that they send sms's. I have been waiting for an order from 2018-03-08. Due to no stock the order was changed but they also do not have this stock on hand, waiting for stock to be delivered. I was out of the country and did not receive any calls during this time. On 2018-03-14 I was promised that the order will be arriving at the latest 2018-03-19. Phoned DG Store today, the sock has not been received from the airport yet. I do not believe that I will receive this order before 2018-03-22/23 as there is a public holiday in between. If I was send sms's as they claim they do, which they don't I would have known about them not having stock long ago. There is a policy that they do deliver between 2 - 4 working days. Not happening. If I did not receive the missed call I would not have known up to know that there is no stock on hand. Pathetic service.
