No after sales service

Bought a laptop from them via Asus online store.

Courier company never called me to arrange delivery, and support from DG is almost non-existing as the supporting staff doesn't seem to want to assist me as a client.

Its been more than 72hours since ordering and this is past the promised delivery time.

I wont recommend using Asus online store nor digital generation
