Lenovo Tablet broken by Repair Centre
As per Lenovo I took my son's school tablet (E7) to one of their agents, Digital Generation in Midrand. The camera was not working. In the process of trying to repair the camera, DG cracked the screen. Now DG tells me they can't repair the camera and cannot find a replacement screen for my son's tablet. So I must now just accept a broken screen yet the tablet didn't have a cracked screen. If these are the partners that Lenovo deals with then I think we must just refrain from buying Lenovo Products. Appalling service from Digital Generation.
