Worst Car service place

I am extremely dissatisfied with the standard of service provided at this establishment and cannot recommend it to anyone. My husband brought his car in for a routine service, which we paid for in full, and were assured had been completed properly. However, only a few days later, the car went into limp mode and displayed two new error messages on the dashboard—issues that were not present prior to their intervention. Upon contacting them, they initially agreed to take a look, but when faced with the errors, proceeded to inform us that in order to provide a quotation, they would need to send the vehicle to an external auto-electrician. Furthermore, they demanded R748 simply to transport the car to the technician, despite the fact that these problems arose directly after their service. Frankly, this is absurd. Had they serviced the car correctly in the first place, none of these issues would have occurred. My experience was dreadful, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
