"Dez Fast: A Nightmare of Unresponsive Support and Failed Deliveries"

I've had a terrible experience with Dez Fast (https://www.dezfast.com/index.php/tracking), a shipping company handling my package from the USA. Their live chat is unhelpful, disconnecting when I inquire about my package. Contacting them via phone or email, as listed on their website, has proven futile since last December. Despite reaching out on March 5, 2024, regarding my package, they claimed unsuccessful delivery attempts without notifying me. Requesting a rescheduled call was denied, and after three months, they're unable to assist, suggesting I contact the sender. The lack of support and communication makes them a truly frustrating and useless company.

I have been waiting for my package from USA from a company I have been getting in touch with Dez Fast most of the time. Their live chat option is useless they always join you to answer your questions when you start asking a third Question about your package they never rep****!

The worst company with no support the numbers contact ones listed on their website are not working same with the email since last year December I sent an email I never gotten any reply they are lairs recently on 05 March 2024 I reached out to them about my package they said that they tried to call me to deliver it and I never got a call! I tried to ask them to reschedule a call they told me that they can not assist the package as to be returned to the sender it as been 3 months no support they are pretty useless can not even help me to reschedule a day to deliver my told me to contact the sender useless company
