Would appreciate help

Evening all I need help last year I got my self my dream car. Only to turn to a nightmare 1 year 3 month later. I have done less then 20 thousand kilos on the clock. When I got the car they told me that they will give me 2 years warranty on the car for electrical and mechanical issues. Well I am having issues now with the car it broke down on my way home it had to be towed. To BMW Kimberley as the are no RMI approved dealerships around my area. Kimberley is the closest at 200km. The problem is BMW quoted 58000 the warranty company say the only covering 17000. I thought they say they covered electrical and mechanical. The problem was I got the car during COVID

I tried to get hold of the Dealerships cause they the ones to take warranty plan they decided not to talk to me anymore he even blocked my phone. If the is help out there please help. If the isn’t help this might help someone not to make same mistakes
