Poor Service from Ningbo Deye Inverter Technology
3yrs ago I bought a 10-year warranty 8 kWh DEYE solar system. In just 3 years the system batteries are defective and I'm as good as having no solar system. Thrice I've reached out to Deye: I reached out to ***; ***; ***; *** to no avail. I urge the public to be wary of this service provider. All smooth talk when selling you the service, but once you give them the sale, you are on your own. Avoid Deye at all cost; or you'll be in distress like me.
