Deye are bad service provider
Deye never fulfil on their customer commitments. They are not honoring their warranty terms and conditions. I'm sitting with a 10-year warranty system that is defective on its 3rd year, and Deye doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to my complaints. Be warned - never touch Deye. Very poor customer service from Deye.

24 Mar 2026, 19:42It's been two months now since I have reached out to DEYE to demand that they do good on their warranty commitments. I've reached out to their service department and to their International marketing director, to no avail! what must one do to obtain relief from this company. Avoid DEYE at all cost, they have no respect for customers!
