Poor Customer Service!!

I was really disappointed by the customer service I received from the owner of the butcher. My family and I battled to get our refund after we were forced to cancel a spit braai we ordered from Dexter's Butchery after the announcement of another Lockdown by the President. He was very rude to us on the phone. His Accounts Manager and Store Manager refused to give us an accurate indication of when we might get our refund. After days of fighting and Dexter ducking my calls and texts, we eventually received a partial refund. The whole experience left a taste bad in my mouth. Poor communication!!!
