A new Dewhot gas water heater leaked on installation. On contacting the supplier they immediately dispatched a replacement unit by overnight courier and arranged the collection of the faulty device. Their non nonsense remedial action only delayed installation by 1 day. This was on top of the friendly and constructive advice they provided in selecting the initial unit and installing it. Service of this high standard is seldom experienced today. Well done.
