Highly recommend Dewhot produt and customer service

5 star product 5 star customer service, thank you to Dewhot Waterfall live chat assistant Lauren and Marcel, Technical and Product Advice who patiently assisted, advised and recommended until I was sure of what I was purchasing. Confidentially purchased a 12L Constant Temperature Dewhot gas geyser for a bathroom which operates on a water pump system and has mixer taps. Gas approved installer, John Edwards was awesome too with his knowledge and patience. I have 5 bathrooms with their own geysers (Old Junkers and other brand Constant Temp new geyser) This is my first and only shower in almost 20 years on the farm, that I have had continuous constant water temperature throughout the entire shower without adjusting the mixer or having to turn the mixer off and back on to only get warm water for a few seconds before it either goes cold or gets extremely hot. Very happy DewHot customer. What I particularly like about DewHot is that you not only receive a very good quality printed book for trouble shooting with your purchase. There is also a self sticking list of Error Codes that can be stuck to the side of the geyser cover for quick referencing and on their website https://dewhot.co.za there are loads of self help guides, helpful articles and short videos with good explanations which have been very helpful already. Website offers various options for assistance through live chat, whatsapp, written or telephone depending on your preference. Highly recommend Dewhot.
