Dewhot badly made all round
Extremely badly made, and they are learning as they go. Please don't waste your money and rather use any other name. I've been through 3 of the 20l forced fan types (chipboard and controller replacements) and they chew 2x45kg bottles in 5 weeks when my new 8l no-name-brand does a better job whilst using the same gas in 4 months. Use any other name please.

There are a number of reasons that you may have experienced problems with your unit and 99% of the time this is not the appliance fault. Comparing the gas consumption of an 8l per minute unit vs a 20l per minute gas water heater is not comparing apples with apples.
