Stick to milk and stop building cartons

I bought a 6 pack milk from these people. When I got home, as I was carrying the carton of 6, the whole thing crumbled, sending all my milk falling about 40 cm to the ground, where 4 of the 6 cartons all split open sending all my milk running over the driveway. I carried the carton in one hand by the handle, with nothing else in my hand, so there was no reason for the box to break. I have queried this with Dewfresh but still have not had a response. Brilliant customer service guys. I see that other complaints about you on Hello Peter do not get sorted either so I am not expecting much feedback, if any from you guys anyways.
