Sour milk

I bought 2 weeks ago a 6 pack milk opened the 1st one it was sour and then 2nd one same thing went back to the Spar outlet I bought the milk they refused to exchange as I did not have the slip . Contacted Dewfresh via email to complain and also went on their website to logged complaint and still did not receive any feedback .
