Dewfresh Fresh Cream Ruined Peppermint Crisp Desserts

I am extremely disappointed with your Fresh Cream product. I purchased it from Pick n Pay and used it to prepare a peppermint crisp tart and peppermint crisp cake, only to discover that the cream was spoiled/defective and ruined both desserts. I have retained the packaging, batch details and proof of purchase and would like this matter investigated. I am also seeking a refund for the cream and reimbur*****t for the other ingredients that were wasted as a direct result. I would appreciate Dewfresh contacting me urgently to resolve the matter.
