Best service

Hi I bought 4×6 packs at pnp about 2 weeks ago. On Sunday I opened 3 litres and found that they were sour. I emailed them but didn't know that the mail went through as it came back as undeliverable. So I called them on Monday 5 Aug 19 and was assisted by a lady. Can't remember her name. She took my details and said she will call me after 13.00pm. And sure enough she did, then she asked me in which area i was so that they could deliver other milk to.. now this alone was appreciated. Then on Tuesday the 6 Aug 19 I got a call from another lady confirming my address then she said she was on her way.. WOW RIGHT!! sure enough she pitched up about an hour later with a 6 pack of milk for me. This was amazing I am beyond happy with DEWFRESH.. their service is remarkable.. thank you ladies..
