Website and Domain being withheld!

Horrible experience with this company. We are without our website, and our domain is being withheld from us. Owner has blocked us since. We paid for our website in full. Paid a year of hosting upfront in full. Then the blind sided billing started. We paid for our domain release cancellation in full after the owner invoiced us. She still withheld our site and domain and then blocked us after. Be VERY careful
