DevOps Unprofessional Conduct and **** Remarks

<div>App**** for a new website design was assigned to someone called **** who was rude, argumentative and sarcastic because he was angry about me choosing a different hosting company. Even after I told him I no longer wanted to work with him he continued emailing me to get the last word in. Dont know where this guy was from but he couldnt even speak English properly........this company may have an awesome website but what's the use of that when you employ rude and UNPROFESSIONAL staff RESPONSE FROM OWNER response from the owner 3 hours ago You gave 19 other companies 1 stars, which mean anyone disagree with you is wrong.We advised her on hosting company as we do with all clients they need domain and hosting, she got new hosting company of her choice, she chosen very basic hosting package of 200Mb hosting space where is limited service for WordPress website (imaging hosting with very small size and memory, which will make her website run very slow) , when she got advise that her hosting package is very small, she assume we want to force her to use other hosting company, the issue was simply would be resolved if she gone and upgrade the hosting package, but no, her first reply was we are rude (as she assumed we want her to use our hosting), She use English as an argument, this country has 13 languages, as a company we partner with clients and we give advises to them, in your case, you do not want advise or even try to listen. and you can check her profile on Google to show you how many 1 stars reviews she gave to other companies, 19 in total companies got 1 star from her. MY FURTHER RESPONSE Thank you to DevOPs Business for your response so now people can see your lack of professionalism first hand....and thank you for requesting that everyone reads my reviews because they are a true reflection of the experiences and in this country we South Africans use platforms like Google, Hello Peter, Trip Advisor etc to help and warn others about companies like yours. I in no way dispute your suggestions at all however any intelligent person who read my review will know that I refer to the manner and tone in which you raised them, telling me how AfriHost is better yet they advertised for R39 however when app**** for it went up to over R400 because they supposedly couldnt find my domain. If anyone is looking for Web Design or Hosting company (and there are several packages) and want to give your hard earned money to a company with professional staff and exceptional customer service, do yourself a favour and have a look at a company called **** who I found after dealing with DevOPs, hosting starting at R25 per month and their technical staff stayed on line till 9pm last night setting up everything for me. As for you DevOps and the comment that you made about white people earlier to me which you subsequently have removed from your post, but is still in my inbox.......do me a favour and find out who you are speaking to before using **** to sell your argument.
