Could not even get into our own room.

Devonvale Lodge<br> <br> <br> Room card did not work - had to run around for an hour to find a security guard to get into the lodge as well as our room.<br> <br> No apologies / explanation / service offered when i asked them to reactivate the card and informed about what happened.<br> <br> Rumbling noises coming from air con / water pipes<br> <br> Sent an email as evidence of what happened and all I got was a 'sorry it was only you, all the other guests were happy'<br> <br> I paid R1030 for four hours of sleep. I at least expected to get into my room.<br> <br> Will not go back or recommend.
