This tattoo artist is amazing! I was quite apprehensive when I eventually took the plunge to tat my birth sign on my wrist but was pleasantly surprised when I came across Devon. He has a no nonsense approach and he just get on with the business of making your vision come alive on the part of your body you have designated. His technique is such that the pain is minimised and he works quick but the end result is defs worth every penny spend.
