Poor professionalism and handling of sub standard products

I purchased a custom made cement basin (her sideline business) from Ms Devoney Crossman, the owner of Potanical (her boutique pot company).

The basin is absolutely beautiful, however 6 months down the line it is cracking right through and Ms Crossman is absolving herself of all responsibility.

Whilst her quality of service is great when everything goes well. I would NOT use her again because when there is an issue, she washes her hands of it.
