Stay away & rather buy something already built

Unreliable developer, ignoring investors. Promised 'state of the art security' and 2 old people in the retirement village got assaulted under their watch. No regard for the environment and used explosives in the middle of an ecologically sensitive and protected environment. Messy construction with plastic bags blowing around. Stay away.
