Disappointed and Frustrated: No Response from Devmark regarding Faulty Workmanship

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support I have received from Devmark, a property development company that I trusted with my hard-earned money. I purchased a property from them and have been facing continuous issues with the workmanship, specifically with the failure of waterproofing to the balcony resulting in severe leakage.

Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Devmark through emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, they have been completely unresponsive. It is disheartening to invest in a property only to experience such negligence and lack of accountability from the company that promised quality construction.

The leakage issue has caused significant damage to my property and has become a constant source of stress and frustration. I expected a reputable property development company like Devmark to take immediate action and address the problem, especially since it is a result of their poor workmanship.

It is both concerning and alarming that Devmark has not taken my concerns seriously or shown any willingness to rectify the situation. Their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disappointing.

I would caution others against considering any property from Devmark until they can prove themselves reliable and responsive to their customers' concerns. The lack of accountability and poor customer service displayed by this company is simply unacceptable.
