Devmark Properth Group - Completely Unreliable

The power to our Estate was turned off at 12:15 today due to Devmark Property Group not paying the electricity bill to the City if Cape Town. The power will only be restored tomorrow (hopefully) once Devmark Property Group pays the bill. The level of incompetence is absolutely astounding and I am absolutely disgusted.
