Flats ****! in Devland

Can Someone please help with checking if this guys are real or a ****, Its been over 8 moths since I have submitted documents there for accommodation and no one is keen to tell me if I am approved or declined, like they promised on the application, or is this some government bribery scandals I need to be part of before someone can work. Is this a **** or this flats really exist.
