EXTREMELY BAD HOSPITALITY ETIQUETTE AND LACK OF INTEREST IN GUESTS

Is there not a zero star rating available because that is what this establishment deserve My friend NOW TONIGHT STRANDED IN THE STREET without a computer to file this review in PMB KZN The school booked 2 rooms for the Athletics event. THE owner manager of DEVINE STAY CONFIRMED HE CAN ONY SWIPE THEIR CARD FOR PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL .....first mistake DON'T book with booking....agent When my friend arrived the manager was rude and told him he don't have a room anymore the booking is cancelled. ONE ROOM ONLY 1 ROOM was cancelled by the school the morning ONE OF 2 ROOMS. SO Typical of certain Guesthouse owners in KZN sadly IT IS A KZN THING. Out in the streets with no computer to file this report, tired after a hectic day in the extremely windy athletics stadium my friend is on the street and the Guesthouse owner did not even offer to assist him finding accommodation. Next thing I bet my life on THIS establishment owner will NOT refund them. He sold the room to another guest tonight and watch this space he will not refund this booking he cancelled. I suppose this Guesthouse owner don't OWN A PHONE because a professional manager or owner will always confirm the day of arrival the arrival WITH THE GUEST...IF...THE GUEST WAS HIS FIRST PRIORITY and not money money money
