BAD service, BAD Attitude, VERY expensive and POOR QUALITY products.

In October I went to Devine Printing (Mariana) to buy stickers for my son and daughter school accessories. I asked her how many stickers will I get for +- R100 and she told me it will be a lot as they will print it on a sheet of +- 1.3m. When I went to collect it, there were only 24 stickers We kept the stickers until the New Year in order to mark the school accessories for the New Year. When we start to mark everything we notice that it doesn’t stick at all on ANY THING. I went back to Mariana to show her, she told me “NO STICKER “will stay an anything if you use it in water (I wonder how they do vehicle branding if no sticker will last in water). After this incident I went to a other company who told me the same story and printed 160 BETTER QUALITY stickers for R100… She asked me why did I came to her from the start if I can get better quality at other companies. She told me she don’t know why all the small clients ”like me” always come back to complain about the quality (that means I’m not the only client that complain). (SHE MUST KEEP IN MIND EVERY COMPANY NEED “SMALL CLIENTS LIKE ME”TO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN). She couldn’t find any invoice on the system so, my question… does the small clients money go into the company or does it bypass the whole system? Please do proper research before you buy something so you don’t lose money like I did…
