Dissatisfied customer

Bought a 20 inch frontal weave on the 28th of Feb 2022 was told it will be avaliable the following day so I had to to pay since it was the last of the day now when I received it it was very short and light as they claim they sell weaves with 3 bundles and they are now refusing to take my complaint or exchange this with no proper reason.
