Shocking workmanship and service

This company repaired my balcony door. LESS than 3 months later it was broken again and cannot close. My house is flooding with all the rain since I cant close the door, and it is damaging my wooden floors. Jonathan has not sent someone to repair this after four phone calls, 2 emails and some whatsapps. I have had to chase him to fix the mess that his own company made and now he is not even getting back to me. I am very disappointed. I have paid a few thousand rand and now he is ignoring me and said "its fine".
